Yes Orren is just the best, he discusses everything and his knowledge and personality goes a long way to make us, as sellers, comfortable with all decisions.  Unfortunately we are unlikely to be able to use Orren again as we are moving back to New South Wales.  If we were still here there would not be another agent we would use.
